History
Nakamichi Corporation Berhad (“NCB”) was
incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act,
1965 as a private limited company under the name of
Magnificient Zone Sdn Bhd on 25 April 1994. NCB was
listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 21 July
1997.
Principal Activities
The principle activity of NCB is investment holding.
The Group has two (2) business divisions, namely
Audio and Visual Division and Timber Division.
Audio and Visual Division
This Division is represented by Nakamichi Malaysia
Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NCB, and its
principal activities are sale of audio and visual
electronics system and products.
Timber Division
This Division through Tamabina Sdn Bhd, a 51%
subsidiary of NCB, is in the business of extraction
and sale of timber logs.
